We Jobshare is a match-making platform created by Association PTO to address the needs of employees in Switzerland to find a job sharing partner.
What does it do?
It helps people who want to share their job to find a partner. The platform helps to find like-minded people who are willing to share their jobs. First on a virtual basis and then in reality once the jobsharing partners have contacted each other through e-mails.
How does it work?
Like a match making website, but focused strictly on a professional basis, you enter general information on your professional situation and on your interests. The platform operates then systematically to match make the profiles. Concretely, the systems look up in the available database of potential professional users you might contact. The platform provides you with some job offers which are online in the market.
