Irenka Krone-Germann

Co-Director We Jobshare

Irenka Krone-Germann is Co-Founder and co-Director of We Jobshare Sàrl with Razvan Oprea and Oliver Krone and Co-Founder and Director of the PTO Association (Part-time Optimization) which aims to promote new flexible working models such as job and top sharing in Switzerland.

She holds academic degrees in Economics, Business and International Relations from universities in both Switzerland and the USA. She received a PhD from the University of Geneva for her research in the field of Labour Economics. I. Krone-Germann is the author of the book Part-time “Employment in Switzerland, Relevance, Impact and Challenges”, Ed. Peter Lang. She also co-directed the collective book on job and top sharing published at Ed. L’Harmattan Paris.

Parallel to this activity, I. Krone works at (Centre for competence in international cooperation) as co-Head Knowledge Management, Communication and Network and worked previously at the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) in Berne. She has more than 10 years of experience in job sharing.

Razvan Oprea

Co-Director We Jobshare

Razvan Oprea holds a BA in Computer Science and Management from the University of Fribourg and a diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. After completing his studies, he worked as a freelancer in web development and in 2020 he founded the web design agency TOTB.

Following the meeting with Ms Irenka Krone which introduced him to the job sharing world, he got involved in the design of the new We Jobshare platform. The two of them currently co-lead the We Jobshare Sàrl society.

Oliver Krone

Co-Director We Jobshare

Oliver Krone holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich and a Ph.D. in Parallel Computing from the University of Fribourg. After working for about 25 years in the information technology, energy and communications industries, he joined WeJobshare Sàrl as Co-Director in 2021

Corinne Emonet

Communication and Sales Manager

Corinne Emonet holds a “Brevet Fédéral” in human resources and a diploma in coaching. She has worked in SMEs and international companies in the sectors of outplacement, banking, automotive, aeronautics and recreational products.

An expert in the field of Human Resources, she held various positions in two international companies from 2004 to 2015. Recognized and appreciated as a “Business Partner”, she worked closely with the management and their teams across Europe. In particular, she was involved in the implementation of a company in Switzerland and the setting up of its HR department.

Based on her life experiences, passionate about human relations and guided by her values of openness, listening, authenticity and empathy, Corinne Emonet chose to pursue her career in individual and team coaching, focusing mainly on organizational, career and leadership development.

In 2016, Corinne Emonet started to collaborate with the PTO Association and Wejobshare Sàrl as a coach and facilitator of various workshops, conferences and meet-ups on job and topsharing in the Romandie. Promoting and implementing jobsharing as an innovative working model in companies is a mission in total accordance with her values.

With courage, optimism and resilience Corinne Emonet overcomes life’s challenges with a great capacity to adapt. She combines energy, structure and sensitivity in her various roles of mother, woman and professional. 2021 has been a year of deep reflection. A new path has emerged. Becoming self-employed allows her to perform the various activities she is passionate about.

Urs Stauffer

Matching Expert, Assessor, Coach
Urs Stauffer holds a Master in Psychosocial Management and a Bachelor in Business Administration (International Management). He is a certified coach with many years of leadership and HR experience from various professional positions in Switzerland and abroad. Urs Stauffer is himself active in job sharing as co-CEO of a foundation and runs his own company in the field of HR consulting, coaching and mediation.

Robin Pache

Sales & Marketing Manager

Located in the beautiful Swiss-French region, Robin Pasche has more than 20 years of sustainable experience in Employee Engagement, Strategic Global Events, Travel and Communications field for multinational organizations.

With her multi-cultural mindset and her ability to adapt to complex and changing environments, Robin will be the ideal person to counsel you on your jobsharing strategies.
