Susanne Broel is co-director of We Jobshare Sàrl

Susanne Broel has been working as a freelance coach, mediator, supervisor, and alternative practitioner in psychotherapy since 2012, focusing primarily on executive training and flexible work models. She holds a degree in economics and has decades of banking experience. She is the author of the book “A Top Job for Two?” and has more than 20 years of experience in job sharing.

Mathy Sommer is Co-Managing Director of We JobShare and Founder of Moxymentum, a Swiss recruitment and HR consulting firm specializing in bilingual talent (French, German and English) and innovative work models, helping organizations connect across linguistic regions in Switzerland.

Holding an Executive MBA from the School of Management Fribourg, she brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, and talent development within international organizations such as Adecco, Randstad, Kelly Services (Gi Group), Novartis, Alcon, and Merck.

Passionate about the future of work, she has been actively involved for more than 13 years with PTO (Part-Time Optimisation), where she serves on the committee and promotes Job Sharing, Top Sharing, and other flexible work arrangements across Switzerland.

Through Moxymentum, she founded Switzerland’s first recruitment agency specialized in placing executives in Top Sharing positions. As a speaker and advocate for innovative workplace practices, she regularly addresses topics such as recruitment, shared leadership, fractional work, and intergenerational collaboration. She supports organizations in implementing flexible and sustainable solutions to attract, develop, and retain talent.

Drawing on her experience in both French- and German-speaking Switzerland, as well as her multicultural background, she actively helps bridge talents, generations, and linguistic regions across the country.

Irenka Krone-Germann is co-founder and co-director of We Jobshare Sàrl and director of the PTO (Part-time Optimization) association, which aims to promote new flexible work models such as job and top sharing in Switzerland.

She holds degrees in economics, business, and international relations from universities in Switzerland and the United States. She earned a Ph.D. from the University of Geneva for her research in the field of labor economics. I. Krone-Germann is the author of the book “Part-Time Work in Switzerland: Relevance, Impact, and Challenges,” published by Peter Lang. She also co-edited a collective work on job sharing published by L’Harmattan in Paris.

In addition to this work, I. Krone works as CEO at cinfo.ch (Center of Excellence for the labour market for International Cooperation) and previously worked at the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) in Bern. She has over 18 years of experience in the field of job sharing.

Oliver is co-director of WeJobshare.

Oliver Krone holds a master’s degree in computer science from the Technical University of Munich (TU) and a Ph.D. in Parallel Computing from the University of Fribourg. After working for approximately 25 years in the information technology, energy, and communications sectors (Swisscom and SBB), he currently serves as Head of Grid & Hydro Engineering at BKW Energie SA.

At the same time, he joined WeJobshare Sàrl in 2021 as co-director.

Oliver Krone also holds a certification in “Applied AI and Data Science” (2026), earned through a professional training program focused on applied AI and data science. He also earned an ETH CAS in “AI and Software Development” from the Department of Computer Science at ETH Zurich, focusing on Python, software engineering, and the development of machine learning and AI applications.
