Irenka Krone-Germann

Co-Director We Jobshare

Irenka Krone-Germann is Co-Founder and co-Director of We Jobshare Sàrl with Razvan Oprea and Co-Founder and Director of the PTO Association (Part-time Optimization) which aims to promote new flexible working models such as job and top sharing in Switzerland.

She holds academic degrees in Economics, Business and International Relations from universities in both Switzerland and the USA. She received a PhD from the University of Geneva for her research in the field of Labour Economics. I. Krone-Germann is the author of the book Part-time “Employment in Switzerland, Relevance, Impact and Challenges”, Ed. Peter Lang. She also co-directed the collective book on job and top sharing published at Ed. L’Harmattan Paris.

Parallel to this activity, I. Krone works at cinfo.ch (Centre for competence in international cooperation) as co-Head Knowledge Management, Communication and Network and worked previously at the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) in Berne. She has more than 10 years of experience in job sharing.

Razvan Oprea

Co-Director We Jobshare

Razvan Oprea holds a BA in Computer Science and Management from the University of Fribourg and a diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. After completing his studies, he worked as a freelancer in web development and in 2016 he founded the web design agency Site Web A – Z.

Following the meeting with Ms Irenka Krone which introduced him to the job sharing world, he got involved in the design of the new We Jobshare platform. The two of them currently co-lead the We Jobshare Sàrl society.

Robin Pache

Sales & Marketing Manager

Located in the beautiful Swiss-French region, Robin Pasche has more than 20 years of sustainable experience in Employee Engagement, Strategic Global Events, Travel and Communications field for multinational organizations.

With her multi-cultural mindset and her ability to adapt to complex and changing environments, Robin will be the ideal person to counsel you on your jobsharing strategies.

Corrinne Emonet

Communication and Sales Manager

Corinne Emonet has worked for the last 20 years for SMEs (PME) and international companies in the field of, outplacement, banking, automotive, aeronautics and recreational products. As the mother of a young child, she needed to find a better work-life balance. Thus, she has now become keenly aware of the tremendous challenge to find an interesting part-time position with adequate responsibilities.

By actively participating in the PTO association and We Jobshare allows her to contribute to the furher development and promotion of jobsharing and is equally in total alignment with her values and professional mission.
